Whenever I am down or angry, munaadi elaam azhugai thaan irunthathu :-) ippa konjam budhi velai seiya aarambichu iruku :-) so azharatha last'aa vachukanumnu nenachutu iruken. these days, I pray God or play music or work out/walking or read books (last method :p) and, and I recently added watching comedy clippings to this list. This is making wonders really. I searched for Vadivel comedy on Friday, and watched his comedy in Vaathiyar and Thalainagaram movies :-):-) Few stuff made me ROTFL and I will post abt that later.
Laughter - seriously, it reduces the stress, anger immediately and creating a light heart. kovapadra or kashtapadra matter elaam jujubee ya poyiduthu :-) I know its proven scientifically, but experiencing it with the awareness in the mind, is making the subconscious mind responding to it fastly.

..there are bloggers who
1. are bothered about their rank (blogstreet ratings & stuff like that)
2. care a lot of page ranks, counts, links...technorati, digg, register in unknown websites to get visitors...
3. doesn't have anything to write so end up writing stupid reviews of books, movies, music, government policies, trade, finance ...all karuthu kandasaamis..(i am not against writing reviews..i read reviews before i see any tamil movie...what i hate is people who are not skilled enough writing these reviews...)
4. then comes the artificial kind...they are the ones who blog under their real name or everyone on their circle knows the person...these are type of people who bother too much about their image and way they project themselves on their blog...they use google, wiki & project as though they are know all....for eg in your prev post you said you googled to get that info...appidi sollama...thankay ellam therinja maari oru build up kuduthu paanga...i know a blogger who used to fail on exams, copy assignments during grad school...ippo than ennamo ulaga maha research panra maari blog la peethikiran...
...now who the hell links to wiki on every sentence....stupid people...what do they assume..their readers are stupid?
