I felt jealous when I saw my aerobics (Yoga today) instructor today.
we hardly get time (or give priority rather) to take care of our health. If I have some work to do or if I am not satisfied with my work I did since morning, I dont attend my aerobics class that day. I used to feel that I should not waste time (1 hr huh) in the physical workout and sincerely do my office work.
But look at the ppl whose profession is related to health (aerobics/gym/yoga instructors). They are paid for their work and they maintain/take care of their health as well ryt?.

yes thought abt it so many times..... my gf says this all the time........
i do the same thing "i cant waste 1 hr today" and skip going to gym...
i had one physics lecturer who used to say this....SPB ya paarunga pa he sings, he enjoys and he gets paid for it....now he has entertainment and work at the same time.........
