Meeting minutes

Ennoda old company la join panna pudhusu. we had a staff meeting and it went for abt 3 hrs or so. naan and Tamizh gang oru place la ukaanthutu irunthom. US la irunthu vantha staff elaam romba neramaa company pathi elaam solitu irunthaangha. Join panna pudhusu, appo avangha slang purinjukavae kashtama irukum. And the trading/financial terms adha vida sutham :D
2/3 per romba neram pesina apram, "All these info are very confidential. You are not supposed to discuss with outsiders" nu sonaangha. Engha Tamizh gang oruthar oruthar paathukitom. And one of my friends, who is a very cool guy, said "Naangha kandipa solla maatom. En'na engalala mudiyaathu". Adhuku naan "Nammala veliya poi idha pathi sollunu sonaalae solla mudiyaathu...nalla velai, thappichom."

Recent movies

I dont know if my taste/expectation for movie has been changed lately. Recent'a theatre'ku poi paatha Tamizh padam ethuvumae avlo'va pidikalai.

Billa - sema hype create pani vitaangha. romba kashtapatu--didnt have a direct bus the other day. so we had to catch a bus, a train and then a bus to reach the theater--intha padatha paaka ponom. paathutu romba kashtapatutu veetuku vanthom :-)

Indhiralogathil Na Azhagappan - last weekend ponen. Ahhh, enna kodumai saravanan idhu. 23 pulikesi paakama vittuten. apram paatha, adhu nalla padama irunthathunu sonaangha neriya per and I too liked some of the scenes. sari, adhu maathri oru padama iruka pothunu, "nambi" ponen :-) disappointed. comedy'ae illai or enaku siripae varalai.

Happy Days - Recent hit in Telugu industry. Dont know why, both of us didnt like the movie. we expected some good movie like Anand (same director) but didnt find anything interesting. oru song mattum romba nalla irunthathu.

English padam elaam paathu ippadi aachaanu therla :p oru oru scene'appavum, 'sari mela solu, mela solu nu' comment dhaan varuthu :-)

But, watched "Kalloori" recently. Loved the first half of the movie so much. very natural and Balaji Shakthivel has given a good movie once again. Liked couple of songs too.

Any recommendations for movies??

Adha epdi sollalaam?

A's colleague oruthar oru party arrange pani, 1 month munaadi invite panaar. adhaan first invite apdinu, naangha polaamnu nenachom. The party was exactly the day when we were supposed to reach US (after our trip to India). we were supposed to reach in the morning, so we thought we could go for this one, scheduled in the evening. engha ketta neram, varappa flight neriya problem aayidichu and we reached 17 hrs late. party light a eduthukitom.

apram casuala oru mail anupinom. That guy replied asking why we didnt turn up. romba akkaraya kaekaarnu nenachu, flight delay nu oru sad icon elaam potu A replied. paatha, avar, "pl let us know if you are not coming to our event. You said you were going to be there so we included you in the food/drink count and seating."

enaku orae kashtama pochu. eppadi avar ippadi sollalam'nu orae polambal. konja naal pattathu, to realize that he was probably just practical and not rude. namma oorla ippadi solla maataangha, so it was difficult for me to handle.

on a lighter note, I imagined how would be the reaction if same thing happened in our country. adhuvum oru nalla panchayathu nadakara gramathula (coimbatore style) ippadi oruthar solli irunthaa badhil epdi vanthu irukum...
